SHIPPING TIMES AND EXPECTATIONS?

All orders except commissions are processed and shipped within 10 business days. All orders are shipped in the order that they are received. orders for art prints ship within 3-5 business days unless there is an influx of orders due to an ongoing sale. in the even of an influx of orders your order could take but will not exceed 10 business days to ship. 

 

All art prints are packaged in a clear protective sleeve with backing, which is then shipped in a rigid flat mailer. In the event of an order consisting of multiple prints your order may be shipped in a box to ensure quality upon arrival and protection.

All original Minis painting are packaged with a clear protective sleeve and backing, that is then wrapped with a protective layer of glassine paper as well as decorative packaging, It is then shipped in either a rigid flat mailer, or a box upon your request. 

All framed art prints or framed original paintings are packaged with a layer of glassine paper or with  a clear protective sleeve  as well as bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts. They are then shipped in a special box to ensure proper protection of the frame.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

For Minis - Yes I do. I ship from the United States and currently have shipping open to multiple international countries. For Original paintings on canvas -  please email me at valeriialuts@gmail.com to ask that your country be added.

Please note that with international orders, some countries may charge customs fees which the receiver will be required to pay. If the fee is not paid by the receiver, the order is then returned to my office by post, at which point I can offer a full refund or I will ask that you pay the additional shipping to have it re-shipped to you.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final except with the exception of damaged or stolen goods. 

In the case of damaged goods the receiver has the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement of the item if applicable. Replacements are only made available in the case of the item being an art print, and not in the cases of framed prints or original paintings.      

 If framed art prints or original paintings are received damaged then a full refund will immediately be issued.  

Returns are not accepted 60 days after purchase.
